Diversity Recruiting Efforts

We seek and value candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Penske actively recruits candidates from colleges, universities, trade schools, and military and veterans groups. We maintain a regular recruiting presence with hundreds of schools.

Affinity Groups

Penske has a growing associate interest in affinity groups. The Penske Women's Network was the first affinity group established at the company.

Supplier Diversity

Penske has been steadily growing and cultivating relationships with minority-owned and women-owned businesses for well over a decade. The effort is a part of our ongoing initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within our network of suppliers.
