For more than 75 years, Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) has been dedicated to helping veterans who incurred a spinal cord injury or disease, like ALS or MS, receive the benefits they deserve.

Penske Truck Rental, a staunch supporter of veterans, joined with PVA 10 years ago to create the #OneWay4PVA campaign, which encourages one-way rental customers to donate $1 to their rental to benefit PVA.

Athletes from across the country are meeting in Arizona this week for the 2022 Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) National Veterans Wheelchair Games, which features competition in more than 20 sports.

Penske is a proud supporter of the Wheelchair Games and donated trucks to assist organizers with their transportation and logistical needs for the event.

If you were to honor the memory of every soldier buried in Arlington National Cemetery with his or her own parade, you’d have to host more than 1,100 parades per day for the entire calendar year. Veterans Day has many meanings. For some it is a time to honor and thank a loved one or friend who served. For others, it is a time of camaraderie and parades to celebrate the freedom veterans have provided through their sacrifices and service. Veterans Day especially invokes moments of great sadness, admiration and reflection as we honor the many generations of fallen heroes, who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.
