Veterans Day has many meanings. For some it is a time to honor and thank a loved one or friend who served. For others, it is a time of camaraderie and parades to celebrate the freedom veterans have provided through their sacrifices and service. Veterans Day especially invokes moments of great sadness, admiration and reflection as we honor the many generations of fallen heroes, who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. Penske Racing NASCAR driver Sam Hornish Jr., will pilot the No. 12 Penske Truck Rental Ford Mustang in a pair of Nationwide Series races in August, to help Penske Truck Rental support their campaign with the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
