Penske Logistics Executive Receives 2023 Women in Supply Chain Award

Tracy Urbanski, vice president of sales for Penske Logistics, has received the 2023 Women in Supply Chain Award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics. The award honors female supply chain leaders who set a strong foundation for women at all levels of a company’s supply chain.

As vice president of sales, Urbanski leads the southeast sales region and the enterprise sales team for Penske Logistics, focusing on the sales strategies and practices that support key accounts. She also works in partnership with the Penske Truck Leasing enterprise sales team and supports significant freight management and lead logistics provider agreements.

“Since Tracy joined our team in 2016, her intelligence, persistence and creativity have been invaluable to our organization,” said Andy Moses, senior vice president of sales and solutions. “Her fantastic track record with customers, nuanced supply chain expertise and commitment to servant leadership make her a truly exceptional Woman in Supply Chain.”

Urbanski was the first-ever enterprise account executive to join Penske’s Winner’s Circle, the company’s highest sales achievement. She is a strong advocate for mentorship and a contributor to Penske’s Women in Logistics professional development program.

“I’m honored to be recognized on this prestigious list alongside so many outstanding logistics professionals,” said Urbanski. “This is an important opportunity to highlight the value of gender diversity to our industry, and the strides that organizations like Penske are making to support women in transportation.”
