Driven by Precision: Celebrating National Technician Appreciation Week

From preventive maintenance to complex diagnostics, our technicians' expertise, dedication and precision help keep customers moving every day,

This week, we're proud to celebrate National Technician Appreciation Week and recognize the more than 11,500 associates whose precision drives our performance.

This year's theme, Precision Driven, reflects what sets Penske's technicians and CSRs apart – a relentless commitment to doing things the right way, every time. The work may happen in the shop, but its impact is felt with every delivery, every single day.

"Every mile we run safely and every customer we support starts with them," said Art Vallely, president, Penske Truck Leasing.

What Penske technicians and CSRs do requires deep technical expertise, constant problem-solving and an uncompromising commitment to quality. Across more than 1,000 locations in North America, they keep more than 400,000 vehicles road-ready, delivering the reliability and precision that customers count on every day.

"Our technicians and CSRs are not just doing a job — they are practicing a craft. And they have mastered it," added Vallely.

Their mastery shows up in every repair, every inspection and every adjustment. And that precision makes a difference. All week long, Penske will recognize technicians and CSRs across the company, spotlighting the skills, dedication and teamwork that keep our company, and the supply chain, moving.
