Penske Used Trucks Opening Three Commercial Dealerships
Penske Used Trucks has doubled its commercial truck dealership footprint in North America, introducing centers in Dallas, metro Atlanta and in Canada. The company now has six locations including Phoenix; Torrance, California; and Charlotte, North Carolina.
Here are local details:
- Dallas: Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Address is 4415 Irving Blvd. Phone number is 972-728-4209.
- Conyers, Georgia: Located at 1481 Dogwood Drive SW, hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Phone number is 770-483-5263.
- Mississauga, Ontario: Address is 1610 Enterprise Road, Unit B. It is open six days a week: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. Phone number is 905-696-7775.
The company opened its first location in North Carolina in Q4 2013. In 2014, Penske sold over 19,000 pieces of equipment.
“These commercial truck dealerships have proven to be an effective sales channel for our company,” said Jack Mitchell, Penske vice president of remarketing. “We are picking strong truck resell markets when deciding on new locations. The centers complement our website, call center and Penske dealer representative sales efforts.”
Penske sells the top brands of light-duty, medium-duty and heavy-duty commercial vehicles including: Ford, GMC, Hino, Isuzu, Freightliner, International, Peterbilt and Volvo. Penske Used Trucks is a business unit of Penske Truck Leasing.
