24/7 Roadside Assistance Coordinator at Penske Truck Leasing
Penske plans to hire 24/7 Roadside Assistance Coordinators at an Open House Jan. 6, 2016, at Penske’s Corporate Office, 2675 Morgantown Road, Reading, Pennsylvania 19607.
Interested candidates can attend one of two sessions:
11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
2 – 3:30 p.m.
(Additional session times may be added, if needed.)
As a Penske Roadside Assistance Coordinator, you will:
- Provide emergency roadside assistance to customers 24/7, 365 days a year
- Assess and diagnose vehicle failures through careful inquiry
- Dispatch appropriate service to customers based on the nature of each breakdown
- Answer customer inquiries regarding the maintenance and operations of over 200,000 consumer, commercial and full-service leasing vehicles nationwide in our state-of-the-art call center
