Penske Truck Leasing’s new recruitment website for its Management Trainee (MT) program was recently recognized by the DirectEmployers Association for “recruitment marketing excellence.” Penske’s website won the award as part of the 4th Annual DirectEmployers Member Awards Competition.

“I congratulate our teams from human resources, marketing, rental and supporting vendors for their strong collaboration in making this website a success and a stand-out among other large-scale brands represented at this event,” said Jennifer Sockel, senior vice president of human resources at Penske Truck Leasing.

The new responsive website was created to help attract candidates for Penske’s Sales and Operations Management Trainee program. It features visually interesting infographics, career paths information and video testimonials from existing associates.

DirectEmployers is a non-profit member-owned and managed association that helps companies meet federal compliance regulations while also advancing online recruitment initiatives. Direct Employers hosts the MT site and will soon host Penske’s careers site.
