Penske Logistics Recognized as Carrier of the Year

Penske Logistics was recently named “2017 Carrier of the Year” by MI Windows and Doors, LLC, one of the nation's largest suppliers of vinyl and aluminum windows and doors.


Penske was recognized with the supplier award due to its excellence in interplant communications, driver retention, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Since 2013, Penske Logistics has provided dedicated transportation for MI Windows and Doors and it manages outbound shipments from Arizona.

“This honor is a testament to the hard work and dedication of all our associates working on the account,” said Eric Clark, senior vice president of operations in Penske’s western region. “There is no better honor than when our customers recognize us for outstanding service.”

In a statement to the media Mike Ohlin, MI Windows and Doors vice president of supply chain explained, “In four years of doing business with Penske, we’ve found them to be the definition of reliable.”

Penske Logistics is a major provider of dedicated carriage and other supply chain, transportation and warehousing solutions to market-leading companies around the globe.
