Penske Logistics Honored as Special Supplier by Whirlpool Corporation
Penske Logistics has been designated as a 2014 Special Services Supplier of the Year by Whirlpool Corporation for its ability to provide exemplary contributions to Whirlpool’s integrated supply chain.
“This award is confirmation of the excellent service that our associates consistently deliver in support of Whirlpool’s operations,” stated Marc Althen, Penske Logistics president.
The criteria for this honor include: on-time pick up and on-time delivery of company components and products; innovation practices; accuracy of invoices; and the business flexibility to keep pace with the premier appliance maker.
