Track Lease Vehicle Orders with Fleet Insight

Track Lease Vehicle Orders with Fleet Insight

Knowing where an ordered vehicle stands can help fleet managers prepare for what’s next. Whether coordinating a replacement, planning for onboarding or simply checking the status of an incoming vehicle, timely updates make it easier to plan with confidence.

Fleet Insight™ now includes Vehicle Delivery Tracker, a feature that gives Penske lease customers direct access to the status of vehicles on order. Instead of relying solely on manual status updates, customers can monitor each vehicle’s progress from OEM order confirmation through pickup within the same platform they use to manage their fleet.

Vehicle Delivery Tracker follows every ordered vehicle through five milestones:

  1. Order Placed
  2. Order Active
  3. Arrived at Penske
  4. Schedule Pickup
  5. Picked Up

Along the way, customers can view the vehicles current status, estimated arrival month and other delivery information. The tracker also offers flexible viewing options, making it easy to monitor one vehicle or multiple orders based on individual preferences or workflows.

By giving customers direct access to order status throughout the delivery process, Vehicle Delivery Tracker helps reduce uncertainty between the time a vehicle is ordered and the day it enters service. Instead of wondering where an order stands, fleet managers have the information they need to coordinate next steps and prepare for incoming vehicles. This supports better planning for fleet readiness and vehicle onboarding while giving customers greater transparency into every stage of the delivery process.
