I came to Penske from a U.S. pharmaceutical company and joined Penske because of the great people. The whole company shares a culture of high ethical standards, respect and teamwork. I experience that every day through the empowerment, trust and support I get from the logistics senior management team.
Penske has given me great growth opportunities in China. I’ve always had the dream of being an entrepreneur. Every employee is encouraged to bring new ideas to the table and make things happen. Every day I face new things. I never get bored.
Penske started operations in China in 2005. We’re growing very fast. It’s exciting to work with a young team and watch it grow. I have the opportunity to know every person within Penske China and to know every customer in depth. It’s fun to work with quality customers from different industries and support their growth.
